Well Vox had his second lot of puppy vaccinations. Last ones for the year.
This dog amazes me with how well he takes it all. Gets his temp taken in the most unglamorous of ways; gets a shot in his back; gets a shot up his nose; AND gets his toenails clippered - all without a whimper. Perfect dog! Pity he doesn't do the same when he has a bath, LOL.
The vet there is just lovely. Cora is so great with him, and is a wealth of knowledge. Next time we go he's getting 'done', and she's great with telling us all we need to know.
He loves it there. Loves the girls, loves the other dogs, perfectly behaved (once he gets his 'bounce' out of the way). Glad he likes the car too - much better than a dog who vomits the whole way.
Oh - and he's 9.6kgs now. Not quite as big as they thought he'd be by this stage - so thinking he might not be the giant we expected. All depends as to whether he grows in width, or in length. Looks more like length at this stage.
Well that's done. Happy dog back under quarantine for the next few days, just until it all kicks in.
