The fake yuppies

Sometimes it can be great fun pretending you have the bank balance of the Packers... LOL

One of my favourite past-times is a trick called 'window shopping'.  Going to very nice boutiques, and having fun looking at all sorts of items that you'd never RATIONALLY spend that much money on.  So off to Emporium we went.

Drooled over the Balenciaga bag (you know these things are expensive when they are sans pricetag, and there are pseudo sales assistants/security at the windows!); and the Alexander McQueen shoes that were in the 4-figure vicinity.  Who knews shoes could cost that much!

Also had great fun checking out the menus at Freestyle Tout, Wagamama, Meccah Bah, Depot and Capri.  Have GOT to try a Capri pizza one of these days.

Then took the long way home via James St and Newfarm Park.

It's fun pretending you can spend it, even if you'd never dream of doing so!

Hey Babe - reminds of great memories we shared when you were growing up, especially when we used to go to Noosa into those high priced fashion stores and we would pretend we were able to purchase anything we wanted - remember, too when we went into the Sheraton Mirage and had coffee with Aunty Mel!! Thanks for the memories - Love you lots ... Mum xx
